I love working together with others who are interested in their own continued nondual awakening into Life.  Together we explore the unfolding where we’re not separate from what’s happening — Being Life happening.  We are the verbing. Subject-Object drops.  Truly.

Nondual Awakening Facilitator

Deborah Saunders

After decades of studying a variety of spiritual traditions and devoting myself to learning and practicing all that I could to discover truth, I realized that all the traditions I’d been studying were pointing to the same truth using languaging from different perspectives.  Each tradition offered guidance and practices for opening to the direct, immediate, lived experience of truth.

It is my heart’s desire to continue learning, experiencing, embodying, and awakening to the Mystery, to Being, and to Life Itself. I am grateful to every one of the amazing teachers with whom I’ve formally studied. As a student, I’ve learned to see the world, life itself, through an embodied lens of these teachings.

I am not a teacher of any of the spiritual teachings of which I’ve been a student. Specifically, I do not teach Shamanism, Nondual Kabbalistic Healing, Zen Buddhism, Voice & Body Dialogue, nor Diamond Approach.  I do, however, offer support as a facilitator to others through private and group inquiry practice.

How May I Support You?

I offer three formats of inquiry as support to help you continue with your nondual awakening into your Life process.  I also offer Weekend Intensives.  Click on the “Ready to Explore with Me?” button if you’re at all curious.

You’ve probably already realized that you are not who you’re taking yourself to be.  Do you also know that you are more than your mind is capable of imagining?

Group Topic Inquiry

Groups meet four times a year to explore topics of interest. Inquiry (not talking about).

My 60-second Rule

Stay with whatever’s arising for 60-seconds. I tell myself that I can “be with” anything for 60-seconds. Just breathe normally and consciously. Notice the breath and notice whatever it is that you’re “being with.” See what happens. You may be surprised!
